Which structures can I recognize for example in supervision relationships, in authorship decisions and in how feedback is given? And how can I deal with hierarchies in academia? This workshop gives you the tools see these dynamics more clearly and navigate them with greater confidence. |
In a short online input an experienced Leadership and Team Coach will show ways to improve teamwork with diverse international research partners. Through interactive exercises you will learn about the development of unconscious biases and assumptions and about bias management strategies. |
Have you ever asked yourself how can youstrengthen your well-being during your PhD journey? In this workshop you will explore strategies from positive psychology, examine common patterns like procrastination, and reflect on ways to manage stress effectively to maintain mental health and ease. |
There will also be one-on-one coaching sessions ‘Power and Power Structures in Academia’ for doctoral students and PIs as well as counselling sessions regarding gender equality, discrimination and mentoring, in the context of career development. Bring all your questions, worries and hopes to share!
